Xiomara Rocha-Cadman, MD is an Associate Clinical Professor and Chief of the Division of Psychiatry within the Department of Supportive Care Medicine at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is a Consultation Liaison/ Psycho-Oncologist. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center & Weill Cornell Medical College and fellowship in Consultation-Liaison/Psycho-Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) where she worked as the CL-psychiatrust for the Stem Cell Transplant Department for 7 years.On her last year at MSKCC, she served as the program director of the renowned Psycho-Oncology fellowship.
She collaborates internationally with psycho-oncologists in Latin America. Her primary research interest is in ethnic cancer disparities with a specific interest in the Latino community and in the development of culturally relevant interventions to minimize these disparities.
