Amanda Brooks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with more than 10 years’ experience as both clinical provider and administrator. Amanda is an expert in developing and executing sustainable integrated mental health, substance use, and care management programs. Most recently Amanda served as Chief Population Health Officer for a multi-site Federally Qualified Health Center in Chicago. In this role, Amanda created and implemented Chicago’s largest integrated medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) treatment program, including Chicago’s first outpatient prenatal and MOUD program. As owner of Brooks Integrated Care Solutions, Amanda provides consultation and technical assistance nationally to health systems seeking to implement and expand their integrated behavioral health and MOUD programs. Amanda now serves as the Director of Clinical Growth and Strategy at NeuroFlow where she continues her work in integrated care supporting health systems and payors implement technology-enabled behavioral health integration programs.
