Andrew Spitzberg is currently a fourth year psychiatry resident on the research track at Zucker Hillside Hospital and the current Chief of Medical Education. Andrew's research track focus is on interventional psychiatry and neuromodulation and he is a founding member of Zucker Hillside Hospital's Center for Psychedelics Research and Treatment. Andrew graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 2020 as an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. At Keck, he was a founding member of the first student-run Human Rights Clinic on the West Coast, which provides medical affidavits to members of immigrant communities seeking asylum across Los Angeles. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rochester in 2014 with a B.S. in Neuroscience. Andrew spends his free time cooking, camping, and playing music.
