Dr. Finn is currently the Vice Chair of Clinical Services and the Medical Director for the Department of Psychiatry at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Her clinical interests include emergency psychiatry and proactive psychiatric consultation. She is actively involved in teaching and supervision of residents and medical students. Her research interests include quality improvement and service development.
