Danielle Ferreira is a registered nurse and has been in the healthcare field for more than 15 years, of which the last 9 years have been spent in Nursing Quality. Her expertise include managing process improvement projects, monitoring nursing metrics, and improving patient outcomes through data driven approaches. Danielle received her Nursing Degree and Masters in Healthcare Administration from Rivier University. She currently works as a Nursing Quality and Safety Specialist at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center where she is an active member of their Workplace Violence Committee.
