Rebecca McCarthy, PMHNP-BC obtained her undergraduate degree in film and television studies at New York University. Rebecca later attended New York University's accelerated nursing program and then worked in variety of settings as a registered nurse for 10 years before she went on to get her master’s degree in the Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Northeastern University. Rebecca is currently a nurse practitioner in the Psychiatry Department at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center where she rotates her time in the outpatient clinic and on the consult-liaison psychiatry service.
