Dr. Katherine Blackwell is the director of the Primary Mental Health Clinic at the VA in Newington, CT. This clinic provides both collaboratiive care management based and co-located short-term, problem focused care to the primary care clinic. She completed training at Yale University and Insitute of Living and involved in training both psychiatry and internal medicine residents, CL fellows, and psychology trainees.
