Pochu Ho received her MD from the New Jersey Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University). She was a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist before discovering her interest in mental health. She completed Adult Psychiatry residency at Yale School of Medicine and consultation-liaison fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Currently, she is an assistant professor of psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and the director of Consultation-Liaison Service at the West Haven VA. She is also the Clerkship Director for Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine.
