Jake Freeman is the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services for NYU Langone Health at the Long Island Campus. He completed his Doctorate of Pharmacy at St. John’s University in New York. Jake completed his Masters in Healthcare Administration at Colorado State University. His passion is improving Pharmacy Services through innovate technologies and expansion of clinical capabilities across service lines.
