Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degree prior to completing her Doctor of Medicine from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
Between her first and second year of medical school, Natasha spent a summer at the National Institute of Mental Health. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the lab of Dr. Nora Volkow just prior to starting Psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Natasha is interested in the relationship between early childhood stress and the development of addiction and psychosis. She has a deep interest in the community, especially disparities in access to quality mental health care.
