Dr. Edward Hamrick is a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at West Virginia University Medicine. He is currently working in an inpatient consultation-liaison service, and he is working establishing collaborative care models through the WVU Cancer Insitute and other local primary care programs. He completed his Consultation-Liaison fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2023. He did his psychiatry residency training at West Virginia University. Areas of interest include catatonia, psycho-immunology, collaborative care, and LGBTQ+ psychiatry and healthcare.
