Akpene Sarah Agamah(she/her) is a psychiatry resident at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone has access to excellent healthcare, especially mental healthcare. Her interests include empowering minoritized groups to achieve wellness with a focus on reproductive and child psychiatry, reproductive justice, and ending food apartheid. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and reading.
