Amanda Ries is an assistant professor of psychiatry at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and works as consult liaison psychiatrist at Naval Medical Center San Diego, where she is also an associate program director for the psychiatry residency. She completed her psychiatry residency, chief residency, and C-L fellowship at U.C. San Diego. She enjoys working with trainees at all levels and from multiple specialties, and has an interest in helping to develop and improve medical education.
