Kelsey Priest, MD, PhD, MPH, is a third-year psychiatry resident at Stanford University and inpatient Chief Resident. She completed her PhD in Health Systems & Policy in the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, defending her mixed methods dissertation in 2019: Hospital-Based Services for Opioid Use Disorder: A Study of Supply-Side Attributes. Dr. Priest's interests include scholarship and advocacy related to mental health & drug policy, mental health & addiction treatment systems design, and gender-equity.
