Matthew McKinney is the VMAP Data Analyst and Lead Evaluator for the Virginia Mental Health Access Program. He has a background in conducting large-scale evaluations for federal and state programs pertaining to college, career and technical education across the country. He has over 8 years’ experience in conducting quantitative statistical analyses and leading mixed-methods evaluation models.
