VMAP State Operations Manager

Rachel is the State Operations Manager for the Virginia Mental Health Access Program. She has a background in speech therapy and applied behavior analysis and has worked with individuals with disabilities since 1997. She also has over ten years of management experience in both the nonprofit and small business sectors. She will complete her PhD at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Organizational Leadership program in late summer 2023. Rachel has also served on numerous community nonprofit boards, including CJ’s Thumbs Up Foundation, which she co-founded in 2010.
