Brendan T. Carroll, MD is a Physician for North Community Counseling Center, Columbus, Ohio. He is a Partnered Physician in the Adena Health System and Preceptor for the Residency. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Wright State University, Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dayton, Ohio.
He graduated from Bishop Ready High School in Columbus, Ohio. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Carroll obtained his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He is board certified in Psychiatry with additional qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry.
Dr. Carroll is a Distinguished Fellow and Board Member of The American Academy of Clinical Psychiatry. His major publications focus on: catatonia, schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder and neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS).
