Dr. Joel Hassell attended Warwick High School in Lititz, PA and completed his undergraduate studies at Millersville University of Pennsylvania in Millersville, PA. He then went on to complete medical school at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. He is currently a psychiatry resident at Adena Health System in Chillicothe, OH. His primary interests in the field include studying catatonia and its etiologies, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction psychiatry.
