Dr. Kroll is the medical director of ambulatory services for Mass General Brigham Behavioral and Mental Health and an associate vice chair in the Department of Psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital, both located in Boston, MA. He studies quality improvement, patient safety, and quality measurement and currently chairs the ACLP's Quality and Safety SIG.
