Dr. Lise Fillion has recently retired from her busy academic life. She was a Full Professor in Nursing Sciences at Laval University, Quebec City, Canada. She was also a researcher at the Cancer Research Center at Laval University and a member of the Michel Sarrazin Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care Research Team (ERMOS). She also worked as a clinical psychologist, with the Psychosocial and Spiritual Oncology team at the CHUQ. Dr. Fillion’s area of expertise was stress and adaptation, cancer survivorship and palliative care. She was particularly involved with supporting health providers.
