Helena Winston is a consultation-liaison and inpatient psychiatrist at Denver Health and an assistant professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She is also an associate program director for the psychiatry residency of the University of Colorado School of Medicine where she heads the community psychiatry track. Dr. Winston completed her CL fellowship at the University of Colorado. She is interested in OCD, sleep, mental health stigma, and medical education.
