Ashley Smith is a board certified physician assistant with a certification of added qualifications in psychiatry. Ashley works on the psychiatry consultation-liaison service at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Ashley provides direct patient care in complex cases. She liaisons with medical and surgical services throughout the hospital and helps facilitate communication and understanding of psychiatric care for patients on the medical floor. She helped initiate a behavior response team and co-manages the service. Ashley also service on the hospital ethics committee and spinal cord injury interdisciplinary team.
