Dr. David Daniels is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Director of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Washington University in St. Louis and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He also serves on the Committee for Oversight of Medical Student Education and is the Director of the Psychiatry Consults Subinternship for fourth year medical students. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Loyola University Medical Center in 2017 and went on to complete a consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship at Georgetown University and the National Institute of Mental Health in 2018. His areas of interest include general CL psychiatry, delirium, demoralization, decision-making capacity, and both undergraduate and graduate medical education.
