CLP 2023 Program

Non-members note: To benefit from member rates, join the Academy before registering for the conference. You can apply for membership on this page of our website. Only once you have completed the application process will you then receive member registration rates. The Academy no longer retroactively extends member rates if you apply to join after registering for the conference.

The Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry is proud to offer CLP 2023 in two different experience packages:

In-Person + Virtual

At the JW Marriott, Austin, Texas. Attending the live conference gives you the best of both worlds as, in addition to the live experience, the Virtual package (details below) is included. This package also includes:

Live preconference skills courses are not included with main conference registration; the cost for these courses will be added to your registration total if you select them.

Virtual Only

Virtual registration includes:

Live, online streams to all plenary sessions, including the Katon Research Award and Hackett Award lectures
Live, online streams of select concurrent breakout rooms of oral presentations and workshops
Post-conference archive recordings of all preconference skills courses (including Updates in C-L Psychiatry), and all live streamed content, for up to a year after the conference
Unrestricted access to the Posters eGallery

Best for those who want access to educational content with the flexibility of a remote experience.

Preconference Program (Wed Nov 8) and Fees

Updates in C-L Psychiatry fees

This course is scheduled for 8:00am – 12 noon. This course is free to current Academy members that also register for the full conference (remember to select it during registration). The Member fees below apply when purchasing only the course, with no plans to attend the full conference on Thu/Fri/Sat. Click this link for the course description.

Online registration paid with credit card is the preferred means of registering for CLP 2023. We no longer provide registration forms or accept faxes. Please contact the Executive Office if you wish to pay by check.

ACLP TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND EVENT POLICIES

All registration prices are stated in US dollars (USD).

Health & Safety at CLP 2023

ACLP does not require conference attendees to be COVID-19 vaccinated, but it is strongly encouraged. You are not required to declare or document your vaccination status to register or participate in the conference.

ACLP recommends but is not mandating the wearing of masks at CLP 2023. Please be respectful of personal choices.

ACLP also recognizes we are in uncertain times and our health and safety policy may need to change dramatically to adapt to circumstances. We will be following CDC guidance closely and will update Academy members and registrants should our policy need to change. Thank you for your understanding.

Event Terms and Conditions

Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ACLP events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations, in writing to info@clpsychiatry.org, are permitted up to and including October 31, 2024, less a USD 100 cancellation fee; students do not pay cancellation fees. At any time up to the first day of the conference, Wed Nov 6, in-person registrations can be converted to live-streamed registration and the fee difference refunded with no cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of live-stream registrations after October 31.

Refunds are returned to the original credit card whenever possible and take about 5-7 business days to appear in the receiving account. If a refund cannot be returned to the credit card, it will be issued by ACH or check after the conference and speed will be dictated by your responsiveness to completing our required forms, but may take up to 21 days.

Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ACLP conferences. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend.
