Please note:

PREPARING YOUR POSTER

Poster boards will be 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall; pins will be provided. Posters do not have to completely fill the board or be rectangular; smaller posters are acceptable.

Please incorporate your disclosure reporting into your poster. A member of the Standards & Ethics Subcommittee will be reviewing all posters to ensure that all posters incorporate a disclosure statement.

SESSION TIMINGS

Poster set-up is scheduled for the morning of Thursday, November 9th. Your poster must be hung no later than 11 AM that morning.

The official session when you must be present to discuss your poster is scheduled for Thursday, 5:15-7:15 PM.

The poster hall will remain open until Friday at 3:30 PM. At the close of the session, you have until 4:00 PM to remove your poster. Any poster not removed by this time will be considered as abandoned and will be discarded.

If you wish for your poster to be included in judging for the best poster awards, your final poster must be uploaded to ACLP's online ePosters gallery no later than October 16. Posters uploaded after this date will not be included in competition. Instructions on how to upload your poster will be provided in early October.
