The HQ hotel is now sold out over the conference dates. However, it might still be worth checking, as cancellations and changes happen frequently. The JW Marriott details are at bottom.

The hotel rate for single or double occupancy is $219 per night + 17% taxes (so about $256 per night inclusive). The Academy room rate is available only over the conference dates, subject to availability. The room rate is available until October 17 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first.

The hotel rate for single or double occupancy is $239 per night + 6% city tax and 9% sales tax. The Academy room rate is available three nights before and after the published official meeting dates, subject to availability. If rooms are available, our meeting discount rate expires on October 16, 2023.
